  • What are the hardware & software requirements for the virtual classroom?


    • Desktop or laptop
    • Adobe® Creative Cloud Subscription
    • Google Chrome (recommended); Firefox is also supported.
    • Hardwired internet connection (recommended) or Wifi  (100 kbps minimum)
    • Microphone (suggested)
    • Webcam (optional)
  • My computer is protected by a firewall. Will I still be able to access the virtual classroom?


    We recommend running a system diagnostic check to make sure you can access the virtual classroom.

  • What if I have questions about how to use the virtual classroom?


    You can attend the orientation – Monday prior to your first session. Check your login, internet connection, webcam/mic, navigation and screen share. Reminder: classes start promptly at 1 pm CST. You will be able to login 10 minutes prior to class so you’re ready to go!

  • What if I miss class or want to go back and see parts of the instruction again?


    Each live session is recorded and available to you during the 4 week course. To access the live class recordings, log into your account and go to “Virtual Classroom” on the left menu navigation. At the top of this page you will see a link for “Recorded Sessions” follow that link and you will find a list of the available recordings.

  • How can I access a list of all the available courses?
